Our mission is to develop police training that focuses on the public’s physical and mental wellbeing. In other words, our goal is to make sure that at the end of the day, EVERYONE GOES HOME.
To accomplish this we have developed core principles that guide our mission:

Officers commit themselves to a transformative journey dedicated to serving their community. This service extends to safeguarding the fundamental rights and dignity of every individual.

The commitment of law enforcement agencies to uphold human rights and dignity throughout every police intervention demonstrates their dedication to protecting the community’s values, freedoms, and well-being

The Declaration of Respect serves as an inspirational model for law enforcement agencies nationwide, underscoring the importance of respect for all, regardless of their background, status, or circumstances.
